Aikido morning classes Wednesdays 10-11am.

Aikido is non-competitive and about self-improvement and self-defence, leading towards a healthy life. Suitable for beginners, but open to all levels.

Training in Aikido starts from learning the basics, building up to a variety of techniques. Aikido improves your strength and self-confidence. Classes are energetic, challenging and fun.

6-Classes Card

For those who cannot come to training regular, or would like to try-out first before signing up, we offer a 6-Classes Card.
This card can be used for all the classes.

Self Defence Aikido classes

In easy-to-follow lessons you’ll learn a powerful method of self-protection based on redirecting the force of an attack.


These techniques may be learnt by men and women of all ages.

Junior (11-15yrs) Shinkendo classes

Practice the prime martial art of the ancient Samurai warriors; Japanese Swordsmanship. Alongside physical training you will also learn about the Samurai’s philosophies and attitude, and how they mentally prepared themselves to be strong.

Team work, respect and discipline are already an integral part of our Dojo, and we look forward to adding new members to our international community.

Classes are on Mondays and Fridays 17.00-18.00.

Winterbreak

The dojo will be closed for the winter holidays from Friday the 23th of December until Wednesday the 4th of January, 2017. (Thursday the 5th of January is the first day back at training.)
